- 13-04-2005 : Louis Vuitton Building Champs Elysées-Paris-
150 years ago Louis Vuitton, a trunk-maker, was creating his own company. Today his descendents have built up a luxury empire that has never ceased to evolve, always at the forefront of development. On February 10th 2004, Louis Vuitton opened the most prestigious and largest (1200m² retail area) of all the brand’s stores, in New York.
Today the “Louis Vuitton Building” on the Champs Elysée is going to be totally revamped.
The company Locoche Electricité, a subsidiary of the MBA Group, has been designated to deal with the electrical work (high current/low current) of the new Louis Vuitton store on the Champs Elysée.
In partnership with the company Guinier and within a group framework, the company Locoche Electricité is proud to have been chosen to execute this substantial project.
Open for the first time in 1914, the Louis Vuitton store on the Champs Élysée, the “LV Building“, is to become the largest Louis Vuitton sales area in the world:
- 1,800m² retail area
- 1,000m² for technical and logistics use
- 800m² offices
The entire building is to be equipped with state-of-the-art electrical technology by the company Locoche Electricité. Equinoxe Eclairage is in charge of the design and manufacture of the light fittings. An extraordinary challenge for a prestigious project, just like the brand itself, whose world renown requires no introduction. Due to its know-how and experience, the company Locoche Electricité is in a position to guarantee maximum quality and reliability in the installations it carries out in the retail areas.
The opening of the store, scheduled for autumn 2005 will be a turning point in the history of this leading luxury-product brand. An event that cannot fail to attract the attention of the whole world on the most prestigious retail space ever!
